This is an open series meaning you can drop in anytime. An intermediate flow class designed for those with some experience. Learn to link and flow postures and movements, sun salutations, vinyasa and other transitions. Something different and unique drawing on many disciplines and teachers including: Anusara, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Shiva Rea and more.
