Our Mission

To provide the highest quality therapeutic Thai massage, yoga facilitation and body movement; to empower others to increase their body awareness; and to create a trusted, nurturing client-practitioner relationship where healing and deeper awareness can occur.

We embody the principles of service-oriented, conscious, creative, community, nurturing, meaningful, and transforming in all aspects of our business. We will live this mission by:

  • Fostering a non-competitive, positive approach that respects each individual’s unique path to physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
  • Collaborating with other holistic professionals such as chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, kinesiology and massage therapy to support your process – whether it be finding balance, recovery or maintenance.
  • Respecting and humbling sharing the knowledge and philosophy of the various yoga and Thai massage lineages and modern day teachers, making it relevant, accessible and meaningful for you.
  • Ensuring top quality instruction from teachers that are fully certified, knowledgeable and come from a place of service of student’s needs and well being, not their own agendas.
  • Offering dynamic, creative classes that simultaneously support individual needs and abilities.
  • Providing an inviting healthy space that welcomes creativity and encourages community.
  • Encouraging mindful, balanced, and healthful living on and off of the yoga mat to reduce stress and dis-“ease”.
